Big Green Soccer Club gives young athletes in Greenland and surrounding communities a supportive place to challenge themselves, strengthen their game, and grow as teammates and people.

Winning matters. Competition teaches players to prepare, focus, adapt, and perform under pressure. But results are only one measure of progress.
Our goal is to create an environment where players are encouraged to work hard, take appropriate risks, learn from mistakes, support their teammates, and steadily raise their level of play. Read our bylaws.

Big Green Soccer Club is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors responsible for the club’s strategy, operations, financial management, player registration, coaching standards, and field coordination.
Director of Coachingwilliam hinkle
A Greenland resident for nine years and father of three, William understands the value of strong local programs where young athletes can learn, compete, and feel supported. As Director of Coaching, he helps guide Big Green’s approach to player development and ensures the club’s coaching remains focused on skill, teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.
